This sanctuary is about 70 kilometres from Pune and is home to the Chinkaras (The Indian Gazelle). Occasionally you can spot Indian Wolf and fox if you are lucky.
Observation towers have been placed in various areas to observe the sanctuary.
We made a trip there and did manage to catch a view of few of these. As I entered the sanctuary I was greeted by a lone Indian spotted eagle.
Soon I spotted few Chinkaras. These are shy animals and you need to approach them with care.
As we were leaving the sanctuary, we spotted this greate grey backed shryke.
